Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Send My Logo (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload. You confirm you are allowed to store and share them — logos are usually your own or your client’s trademarks, and you are responsible for having that permission. We only process your content to run the service (storage, previews, AI organization, delivery to the people you share a page with).

We never show your logos in our own marketing unless you switch on “Feature my logo” for that project. Doing so lets us show the logo in our posts and examples (for instance on social media or our website) and confirms you may grant that. Switch it off any time and we won’t use it in new posts.

Acceptable use

• Don’t upload malware, illegal content, or material you have no right to share.
• Don’t impersonate a brand you don’t represent — page URLs for well-known trademarks are reserved and released to the rights holder on request.
• Don’t abuse the service (scraping, automated bulk downloads, circumventing limits).

Plans and billing

Trying Send My Logo is free: every feature, with projects visible to your team only. Publishing pages needs a plan, sized by the number of published pages and billed per workspace, yearly or monthly, through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled from the billing page. A bigger plan starts right away and the difference is charged for the rest of the period; a smaller one starts at renewal. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period; we don’t refund partial periods except where the law requires it. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. If a payment fails, the plan stays on for 14 days.

Availability

We aim for the service to be available all the time but don’t guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download your files.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
