Privacy policy

Send My Logo (“we”) is a service for organizing and sharing logo files. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who processes it on our behalf. We are based in Norway and follow the GDPR.

What we collect

• Account data: your e-mail address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account id. We use these to sign you in and to reach you about your account.
• Workspace content: the logo files you upload, the names, groupings, colors and settings you create, and the brand pages you publish. This is the product; we store it so you can share it.
• Billing data: if you upgrade, Stripe handles your card details. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription ids, plan and renewal dates — never card numbers.
• Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, time, URL) kept for a short period for security and debugging, and anonymous, cookieless page analytics.
• Feedback: if you send a “Help us improve” report, we receive how your files were grouped (file names, sizes, detected properties) and your note.

How we use AI

To organize a logo package we send low-resolution previews of your files, their file names and folder structure to Anthropic’s Claude models, and the questions visitors type into a page’s finder together with that page’s file list. Anthropic processes this to return an answer and does not use API data to train its models. Original files are never sent.

Public pages

A published brand page is visible to anyone with its link (or to anyone, if you set it to Public, or only with a password / to your team, if you choose those options). Visitors can download the files you put on it. You control publishing and can unpublish at any time.

Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: your sign-in session, your selected workspace, and — on password-protected pages — the fact that you unlocked them. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your content stays as long as your workspace exists. Deleting a project removes its files; deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes your personal workspace, its projects and files. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the app, or by writing to hello@sendmylogo.com. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
